Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to move your appointment. Changes inside 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.
Late arrivals
Please arrive on time. After 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rebooked. Lash clients should arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes.
Fills
Book a 2 week or 3 week fill according to how long it has been since your last set. Past that, a full set may be needed.

Before you book
How long will my lashes last?
Most sets look best for two to three weeks and are refreshed with a fill. Natural lash shedding and aftercare make a difference.
I have sensitive skin or allergies. What should I do?
Add a note in the details step when you book, or text us before your appointment. Lash and brow products can cause reactions in some people.
How long should my hair be for sugaring?
Hair should generally be about a quarter inch long, roughly a grain of rice, so it can be removed cleanly. Please avoid shaving between appointments.
What if I need to cancel?
Contact us at least 24 hours ahead so we can move your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a new time once.
